When you experience emotional pain and heart ache or mental pain why not try to heal it? Resetting a broken arm will hurt and feel uncomfortable and so will dealing with internal pain. We use one when driving and walking new places so why not in our personal life. And we all know the only things that are certain are "death and taxes." Hahaha! This drives our need for knowing things to be this, or that, instead of just accepting that there are somethings we may never know for sure.īut for when our emotional compass is concerned, we may benefit from a map to help on our travels. If we are unable clarify our thoughts and emotions they never become solid and tangible, which makes them harder to accept, confront, and work through. I suppose that's why education is so important. I believe that a lack of vocabulary can cause more suffering. Whenever there is something that is bothering me I find it becomes less of a problem as soon as I can describe it precisely in my mind and with words. ![]() Very much do I agree with this statement.
